PRODUCTION FACILITIES

	TABLETS AND COATED TABLETS
	Not only modern tablet pressers are used in this section but also two and three layer compressers are available to serve customer specific needs.
	The coating facilities in this section provide film coat or enteric film coat by using various kinds of organic solvent free coating suspension.

	CAPSULES
	We use modern high speed, automatic weight checked filling machines.Each machines posses the capability to use with various kinds of products.

	LIQUID PREPARATIONS
	From a tiny 10 ml bottle to a bulky gallon container can be produced here by using suitable liquid mixers and automatic liquid filling machines.

	CREAM & OINTMENT
	Our modern closed system mixing unit combined with effective control system can serve our customers need for almost every kind of high quality cream and ointment.

	POWDER (DRY SYRUP)
	We produce dry syrup powder with modern machine under strictly humidity controlled conditions.

	PENICILLIN SECTION
	The penicillin section is completely separated from other area. The HEPA filtered air supply and exhaust system are specially designed to prevent penicillin contamination. Furthermore the air shower was installed for decontamination of personnel garment before leaving the working area. The distinguished blue uniforms are not to be used elsewhere except in the penicillin section.

	PACKAGING
	We signify the packing qualification by including bottle filling , capping and labelling in the same operation line. A cartoner device is being applied in the packing process. This is for the assurance of high quality products to be presented to customers.
